Our 2 Year Anniversary.....July 23, 2010
How lucky am I to recieve the prettiest flowers for our anniversary!
Brian is so romantic. These two years have flown by fast!
Brian surprised me and took me to the Anniversary Inn! It was amazing! We also got to tour all the rooms the next day! Total creativity!

TIM TICKETS!!!

Brian wanted to make something special for our anniversary.. Can you guess what it is?

Any more guesses?

A swing!! On our perfect tree branch that sticks straight out! We even carved our names out on the seat with the date and everything!

~now onto Bear Lake for the rest of our trip...~
We took the top of our cake up to Bear Lake to try out for our second year!
It was still good. :)

Just.. apple cider.

We had a few sparklers to bring up and play with. This one has the moon in the picture!
Sparkin' up a storm. :)

The next day, we rented one of these cool bikes to ride around the town in.
It was a blast! Brian did most of the pedaling with his strong self.

THEN- we found a trampoline-like pillow to jump on. It's a big layer of material with lots of air in it with an air compressor running. Here is Brian doing a flip.

Tim McGraw concert!!! We had so much fun! We also took my sis, Olivia with us to see if we could find her a last minute ticket- and out of all the luck, we found her a seat right infront of us! It was great!

Oli and I...

Waiting for Tim to come out...

What a great Anniversary! I've got the most incredible husband! He's always seeing to me and my needs. I'm proud to call him mine. I found the greatest guy!

...last minute road trip!

CALI ROAD TRIP!
June 2010
Brian's birthday was June 4th and we wanted to do something extra special but we didn't have any big, open times in our schedules that we could fit anything in or go anywhere for very long. But luckily, one day one of Brian's jobsites he was working on got turned over to one of the other guys in the company because they needed Brian to oversee a bigger project, but it wouldn't start for about a week. Perfect! With a few last minute plans and rescheduling, we decided to drive to California and stay a few days with my cousin and her husband.
A few days turned into a lot more days!! It was great we could just play it all by ear and decide whether to stay more days, etc. We had just planned on going to the beach the whole time to save some money but with a few in's with my cousin, we had the opportunities to go to San Diego Zoo and Disneyland!
We had a blast!
Little anenome we found at the beach. We touched it and it felt like glue and sucked in our finger fast!

Brian & I at Laguna Beach!

My cousin, Laura and I.

The zoo!!
Brian was so interested in the Giraffes, he wouldn't leave!

Pretty bird! Brian wanted me in the picture with it.

SURPRISE!!! Happy 21st Birthday!

Brooke + 21 years + family & friends = SURPRISE BIRTHDAY 4 ME!
I have the best family and friends in the whole world!

So my birthday was on January 25th, and it couldn't have been better! I was full of surprises by the end of the weekend! Here's what happened...

Saturday, the 23rd, I went down to Salt Lake to perform with my Starlight Strings quartet at the wedding show held at the JSMB, and the Lion House. We had a great performance! I got home and Brian had bought me red roses for our 1 1/2 year anniversary! Brian took me to Boccias Italian resturant and had the best food! We love that place! We got home and stayed up late to watch a movie together. It was so nice, because we hadn't done that in a long time!

Sunday, the 24th, after church, Brians family had a birthday dinner for me! It was such a nice dinner. They all sang Happy Birthday to me while I anxiously waited for the best dessert ever to be cut and served. Stacey made ASPHALT PIE for me! Oh gosh, it was GOOD!!!

Monday, JAN 25th!!! Had a great day at school and wore my awesome gold boots, with my gold MissMe Jeans. :) Brian told me to wait in the front lobby of the Browning center at noon for a surprise... I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. When up rolled Kari and Sheri waving their arms to come get in with them! I was so excited! They drove me to TGI Fridays and had lunch with all the sisters! I'm so lucky!

Later, I got home to the best presents ever! Brian surprised me with one of our wedding pictures he had blown up, thanks to our amazing photographer! I also got the best birthday card I have ever received! Brian sure knows how to melt a girls heart! He told me what we were doing later was a surprise and wouldn't tell me more than "we are just going to Huntsville because I know you miss it up there." Couldn't complain!!

So we got to Huntsville and Brian made me close my eyes until we got out on the ice rink in Huntsville park. He said we were just going to go skating and that my mom was going to bring some ice skates for us, so we played around on the ice for a minute until I noticed a big, black blotch over by the side of the building. I tried to look closer and heard a big "SURPRISE!!!" Family and friends came out of all corners holding balloons and honking cars! Music started playing and everyone was there! We had a ball iceskating and eating dinner out on the tables that mom had decorated SO cute! The food was amazing! I love my family!!!

Hailey and Heather took me to El Madidor to eat one of the nights later that week. We had so much fun catching up and talking! I have the greatest friends!!!
